-By participating in any event (including pub/bar crawls) organized and hosted by Rockstarcrawls Corp you the participant, agree to the following terms and conditions without restriction: 

 

1. All participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the event. Rockstarcrawls Corp will do its best to ensure that participants safely attend a variety of localities and venues within San Francisco. However, its organizers events cannot mitigate every eventuality and as such, Rockstarcrawls Corp events involve an element of possible risk. All participants acknowledge these risks and attend events of their own accord and solely at their own risk. 

 

2. Rockstarcrawls Corps events include opportunities for participants to consume alcohol at their own discretion.   Rockstarcrawls Corps urge all participants to drink responsibly and cannot accept any responsibility or liability if participants drink excessively, resulting in damages, ill health, injury or death. 

 

3. All participants should be aware of their own physical or mental limitations before attending an event. People with medical conditions or who are pregnant are strongly advised not to participate in Rockstarcrawls Corps events and must inform organizers of the full nature of their condition before participating.

 

 4. All Rockstarcrawls Corp  participants must be 21 years or older. Only official identification will be accepted as proof of age and includes: Passports, driver licenses, proof of age (21 plus) cards, etc. Unacceptable identification includes photocopies, student cards and other non-government issued identification. 

 

5. All tickets must be purchased before you may participate in the event. Tickets purchased from distributors (hostels, accommodation providers, online sales, etc) will be redeemed for a wristband at the starting venue.

 

6.Rockstarcrawls Corp  reserves the right to cancel a tour at our discretion and for any reason. In the event of a cancellation, Rockstarcrawls Corp will try to contact distributors and clients as quickly as possible and will refund or replace tickets where appropriate. 

 

7. Rockstarcrawls Corp reserves the right to change or modify tours without notice, including changing or altering venues and routes. In the event of a change, Rockstarcrawls will endeavor to substitute comparable venues, but accepts no liability for changes. 

 

8.Rockstarcrawls Corp accepts no liability for participant’s behavior and reserves the right to refuse entry or remove from events anyone who is drunk, disorderly, aggressive, abusive or anti-social. In the event of refusal or removal, Rockstarcrawls will not refund ticket prices or cover any additional costs incurred by participants as a result. 

 

9. The participant agrees to indemnify Rockstarcrawls Corp (it’s employees, directors, suppliers, agents, distributors, representatives, etc) against any third party claims as a result of the participant’s behavior and actions. Any damages or loss caused by a participant is solely the participant’s responsibility. 

 

10. All venues (including bars and clubs), attended by  Rockstarcrawls Corp reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants from venues for any reason including drunk, disorderly, aggressive, abusive or anti-social behavior. Rockstarcrawls accepts no liability in the event of refusal or removal and will not refund ticket prices in such an event. This document was last updated on MAY 26, 2018​

 

-POLÍTICA de privacidad al participar en cualquier evento (incluyendo barra/pub crawls) organizado y patrocinado por Rockstarcrawls el participante, de acuerdo a los siguientes términos y condiciones sin restricción:

 

1. Todos los participantes son responsables de su propio bienestar y seguridad durante el evento. Rockstarcrawls Corp hará todo lo posible para asegurar que los participantes asistan con seguridad a una variedad de localidades y lugares dentro de la ciudad de San Francisco. Sin embargo, sus eventos organizadores no pueden mitigar cualquier eventualidad y por lo tanto, los eventos de Rockstarcrawls implican un elemento de posible riesgo. Todos los participantes reconocen estos riesgos y asistirán a los eventos por su propio acuerdo y únicamente bajo su propio riesgo.

2.Rockstarcrawls Corp los eventos incluyen oportunidades para que los participantes consuman alcohol a su propia discreción.   Rockstarcrawls invita a todos los participantes a beber con responsabilidad y no puede aceptar ninguna responsabilidad si los participantes beben en exceso, resultando en daños, enfermedad, lesión o muerte.

4.Todos los participantes de Rockstarcrawls  Corp deben de tener 21 años de edad o mayores. Sólo una identificación oficial será aceptada como prueba de edad e incluye: pasaportes, licencias de conducir, prueba de edad (21 o más) tarjetas, etc.. Identificaciones inaceptable incluyen fotocopias, tarjetas de estudiante y otras identificaciones no-emitidas por el gobierno.

5.Todos los boletos deben comprarse antes de que usted pueda participar en el evento. Boletos comprados de distribuidores (Hostales, proveedores de alojamiento, ventas en línea, etc.) serán redimidos por una pulsera/brazalete en el lugar de partida.

6.Rockstarcrawls Corp se reserva el derecho a cancelar un viaje a nuestra discreción y por cualquier razón. En caso de una cancelación, Rockstarcrawls intentará contactarse con distribuidores y clientes tan pronto como sea posible y consolidaremos o reemplazaremos las entradas apropiadamente.

7. Rockstarcrawls Corp se reserva el derecho de cambiar o modificar los tours sin previo aviso, incluyendo el cambio o modificación de rutas y lugares. En caso de cambio, Rockstarcrawls Corp tratará de sustituir lugares comparables, pero no asume ninguna responsabilidad por cambios.

8. Rockstarcrawls  Corp no asume responsabilidad alguna por el comportamiento de los participantes y se reserva el derecho de negar la entrada o quitar de eventos a quien esté borracho, desordenado, agresivo, abusivo o antisocial. En caso de denegación o retirada, Rockstarcrawls no reembolsará el precio de los boletos ni cubrirá posibles gastos adicionales incurridos por los participantes como resultado.

9. El participante se compromete a indemnizar Rockstarcrawls corp (sus empleados, directores, proveedores, agentes, distribuidores, representantes, etc.) contra cualquier reclamo de terceros como resultado de acciones y el comportamiento del participante. Cualquier daño o pérdida causada por un participante es responsabilidad exclusiva del participante.

10. todos los lugares (incluyendo bares y discotecas), a los que  Rockstarcrawls Corp se presente, Rockstarcrawls Corp se reserva el derecho de negar la entrada o eliminar participantes de lugares por cualquier razón incluyendo comportamiento borracho, desordenado, agresivo, abusivo o antisocial. Rockstarcrawls no asume ninguna responsabilidad en caso de rechazo o retiro y no reembolsará los precios de las entradas en este caso. Este documento se actualizó por última vez el 26 de MAYO de 2018
